Job Description

Polos Social Lounge is seeking a motivated Bartenders Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Responsibilities include advising on wine selection, supervising staff, providing drink recommendations, scheduling and training employees, managing inventory, operating the cash register, and preparing various beverages.

This position requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and a client-focused mindset. You will work in a fast-paced environment, supervising a team of 5-10 individuals and addressing customer concerns effectively.

Work hours are 40 hours a week in English.
