Job Description
CHILLAX & CO. is seeking experienced baristas to join our dynamic team. Training will be provided.
Compensation: Base rate of $18 – $22 per hour plus tips.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service.
- Craft espresso-based and other drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols.
- Work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and able to work under pressure.
