Job Description

KARAT’S INC O/A THE ILLUSION LOUNGE is seeking a dedicated Bar Manager. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include determining service types, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, negotiating with suppliers and clients, and addressing customer complaints. The Bar Manager will supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, plan daily operations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods. A permanent position offering 35 hours per week with English as the working language.
