Job Description
We are seeking a Bakery Foreman with a secondary school diploma and 7–12 months of bakery experience to lead a small team (3–4 people). You will supervise production in a busy, sometimes dusty, odorous, hot and noisy environment, ensure food-safety hazard control, train staff, schedule work, requisition supplies, prepare reports, and recommend productivity and quality improvements. The role demands independent work, attention to detail, ability to handle heavy loads, work under pressure, strong oral and written communication, teamwork, flexibility, good judgment, and reliability. Permanent position, English working language, overtime required, 30–35 hours/week.
