Job Description
River City Hyundai, one of Edmonton’s highest-rated dealerships, is looking to expand our team by hiring an Automotive Service Advisor.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and meeting their needs.
- Answering phone inquiries regarding vehicle servicing.
- Greeting customers and conducting a thorough vehicle walkaround.
- Creating repair quotes and work orders.
- Consulting with technicians on repairs and presenting options to customers.
- Keeping customers updated on repair statuses.
This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a salary ranging from $32,080.00 to $81,685.00 per year, with additional pay options available.
