Job Description
Job Overview
CK Collision is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling various office tasks.
Duties include:
- Data entry
- Job costing
- Scheduling
- Estimating
- Phone support
- Involvement with receivables
- Assisting with moving vehicles between locations as needed
- Updating external insurance and vehicle rental systems
- Electronic filing and customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
Experience: Proven experience as an office assistant is preferred. Automotive retail experience is a plus.
