Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of our Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include enhancing Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, managing shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, possess a flexible schedule, and have prior retail management experience. Physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
