Job Description

Under the supervision of the Manager, the Assistant Manager ensures smooth daily boutique operations, leads and motivates the service team, and upholds high standards of service, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, supervising staff, delivering warm, prompt, professional customer service, opening and closing the store, working the floor (service, cash, dipping, kitchen), training and evaluating employees, maintaining food safety and hygiene, managing priorities during peak periods, and assisting with scheduling, inventory, ordering and operational/commercial planning. Full-time, permanent, on-site position.
