Job Description
Position Summary
To create and maintain a secure work environment for all customers, associates, visitors, and vendors while demonstrating positive and professional behavior. Increase profitability and mitigate shrink caused by financial and physical loss.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct daily patrols to ensure store security.
- Make external arrests when necessary.
- Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents.
- Support store evacuation procedures during emergencies.
- Conduct assigned investigations, including internal theft or organized retail crime.
Qualifications
Age: 16 or older, Security Guard License required.
