Job Description
As an Assignment Coordinator at ParaMed, you will be the primary contact for clients and field staff, providing exceptional customer service by connecting clients with suitable care providers.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assign staff to patients based on availability and skills
- Create patient care schedules
- Update employee and patient data
- Respond courteously to communications
- Document interactions appropriately
Qualifications:
- 1 year administrative experience preferred
- Scheduling experience a plus
