Job Description
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years)
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in medical administration or as a medical secretary
- Interview patients to obtain case histories
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain filing system and order supplies
- Provide customer service and administer first aid in emergencies
- Knowledge of electronic mail and MS Windows
- Personal suitability: Accurate, organized, and client-focused
