Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hybrid Sales / Area Supervisor to join our team. This role combines direct customer engagement with area management responsibilities, ideal for individuals passionate about sales and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will oversee sales operations within their designated area, foster client relationships, and lead a team to achieve business growth objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills while actively contributing to the company’s expansion efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of our cleaners, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all client interactions
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements within the area
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Leadership abilities with experience supervising or managing a team preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A proactive attitude with a passion for growth and development within the sales industry
Hours: 11:00am-7:00pm, we are flexible on hours and days
Commission: Your salary plus commission on GP for new business Sales
