Job Description

Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is seeking a dedicated Appointments Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling patients for various medical imaging procedures, performing reception duties, and greeting patients and visitors. The successful candidate will obtain patient demographics, follow up on scheduling contacts, and assist with clerical tasks including data entry and report management.

Qualifications include an OSSGD or equivalent, relevant post-secondary education, and strong typing skills (40 w.p.m. with max 5% error rate). A demonstrated understanding of medical terminology and excellent communication skills are essential for success.
