Job Description

Join Fenton’s Truck & Gear Works as an Administrative Officer! We are seeking a dedicated individual to implement and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate tasks to office support staff, and coordinate vital office services.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include prioritizing work, managing administrative activities, training staff, and preparing reports.

Successful applicants will possess excellent written communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate effective time management and multitasking abilities.

This is a permanent position requiring 35 hours of work per week, conducted in English.
