Job Description
Island Health is seeking an Administrative Health Unit Assistant to support our team in delivering exceptional health services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining supply inventories, scheduling appointments, and conducting vision and hearing screenings for preschool and school-aged children.
Qualified candidates should have a Grade 12 education, a Medical Office Assistant Certificate or Office Administration Certificate, and at least one year of related experience. Effective communication, independence, teamwork, and rapport-building with clients are essential skills.
