Job Description
Ruff In Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with experience being an asset. Key responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating administrative procedures, delegating tasks to office support staff, and ensuring that work priorities are established and deadlines are met.
The Administrative Coordinator will also assist in budget preparation, coordinate office services, and train staff. Strong communication skills in English are required, as well as the ability to resolve conflict situations effectively. This is a permanent position, offering 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
