Job Description
Zoom Rent A Car is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic inquiries, and compiling data and statistics. Additional tasks involve ordering office supplies, greeting visitors, and maintaining information filing systems.
This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 30 hours per week. Proficiency in English is required.
