Job Description

VAPE INN CIGAR & SMOKES LTD is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities include establishing and implementing policies, handling telephone and electronic inquiries, overseeing employee data analysis, preparing reports, maintaining office supplies, and managing daily operations.

We require a multitasker with strong team player skills and a client-focused approach. This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week, conducted in English.
