Job Description
TJK AG Holdings Ltd. is seeking a diligent Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate has a college diploma or certificate from a program lasting 3 months to less than a year, along with 1 to 2 years of experience.
Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering and relaying calls, responding to electronic inquiries, compiling data and statistics, ordering office supplies, greeting visitors, and proofreading documents.
Familiarity with Google Docs, MS Windows, database software, and MS Office is essential. Successful candidates must demonstrate attention to detail and be able to work 30 to 40 hours per week in English.
