Job Description
Tamber Brothers Trucking is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have between 1 to 7 months of experience.
Key responsibilities include coordinating information flow within the team, managing mail and materials, establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and handling telephone inquiries. Additionally, the role involves compiling data, ordering office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and performing data entry tasks.
This is a permanent position requiring proficiency in English, with a commitment of 30 hours per week.
