Job Description
Sunstone Custom Homes Ltd. is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or certificate from a program lasting 1 to 2 years and possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing office procedures, managing contracts, handling travel arrangements, and maintaining filing systems. You will also be expected to compile data, advise management, and respond to employee inquiries.
This is a permanent full-time position, offering 40 hours of work per week in English.
