Job Description
Solutions Expert Inc. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and prior experience is an asset. Responsibilities include performing data entry, managing record release policies, resolving conflicts, reviewing administrative procedures, assisting in hiring and training staff, planning budgets for projects, preparing management reports, and coordinating office services.
This hybrid role offers financial benefits, including a bonus, free parking, and on-site amenities. The temporary position requires 37 to 40 hours bi-weekly.
