Job Description
Shion Canada Immigration Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic consulting firm. Candidates must have a secondary school graduation certificate and ideally possess between 1 to 7 months of experience. Responsibilities include determining and establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence.
We value attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and excellent written communication skills. As a team player focused on client satisfaction, you will play a vital role in our operations. This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week, with English as the primary working language.
