Job Description
Ruta Construction Ltd is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent experience in an administrative role.
Key responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, answering and relaying telephone calls and messages, responding to electronic inquiries, ordering office supplies, greeting visitors, and typing and proofreading correspondence and documents.
This is a permanent position requiring 30 hours of work per week, and the working language is English. If you have previous experience in this field, we encourage you to apply.
