Job Description
Punjab Contracting is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience. This is a permanent position requiring 32 hours of work per week, with English as the working language.
Your primary tasks will include arranging and coordinating seminars and conferences, recording and preparing minutes, determining office procedures, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, compiling data, and typing correspondence. Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail is essential.
