Job Description

Orchid 11 Day Spa and Laser Centre Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
• Work Term: Permanent
• Work Language: English
• Hours: 40 hours per week

Tasks:

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone and electronic inquiries
• Compile data and maintain inventory
• Arrange travel and reservations
• Type and proofread documents

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficient in MS Windows
