Job Description
Miclex Construction Inc. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, answering and relaying telephone calls, and managing office supplies. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word is required.
We value multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and reliability. The position is permanent, with 40 hours of work bi-weekly. The working language is English.
