Job Description

MG Cleaning Services is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include opening and distributing mail, establishing office procedures, answering phone calls, managing electronic inquiries, ordering office supplies, and maintaining filing systems. Proficiency in English is required. This is a permanent position with flexible working hours of 30 to 40 hours per week.
