Job Description

Medicine Point Pharmacy is seeking an organized and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate seminars and conferences
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Handle telephone calls and relay messages
• Greet visitors and guide them to the appropriate service areas
• Maintain filing systems, both manual and computerized

Work conditions include a fast-paced environment with public transportation available. The position is permanent, requiring 30 to 35 hours per week, and English is the primary working language.
