Job Description

Liquor Hub Discounter is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Responsibilities:

• Determine and establish office procedures and routines
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer telephone calls and relay messages
• Respond to electronic inquiries
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office is required. This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 35 hours per week, conducted in English.
