Job Description
KNS Industries is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a high school graduation certificate and have between 7 months to 1 year of relevant experience. This permanent position involves coordinating seminars, handling office procedures, managing contracts, and maintaining inventory.
You will be responsible for compiling data, responding to employee inquiries, organizing travel arrangements, and liaising with management and HR consultants. Proficiency in English is required, and you will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
