Job Description
Khalsa IT Services is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and implementing office policies, training other staff, managing schedules, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is required, as well as the ability to maintain filing systems and manage office supplies.
This is a permanent position requiring 35 hours of work per week in English.
