Job Description

Are you looking for a rewarding career with a well-established Land Surveying firm in the Lower Mainland? Hobbs, Winter & MacDonald, located in North Vancouver since 1953, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Your duties will include assisting team members, managing phone and email communications, handling bookkeeping to trial balance, processing accounts receivable and payable, and preparing estimates and invoicing.

We require fluency in English, excellent communication skills, previous administrative experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a competitive salary of $30.00 – $35.00 per hour for part-time work (20-30 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
