GILL PLUMBING & HEATING LTD is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities include coordinating seminars, supervising workers, establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and managing filing systems.
