Job Description
Gaurav Travel World Ltd is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
Your responsibilities will include establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, compiling data, arranging travel itineraries, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be involved in planning and evaluating daily operations.
We offer free parking, team-building opportunities, and a permanent work term with 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary work language is English.
