Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1-2 years)
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Provide customer service
- Maintain and manage digital database
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
Work Term: Permanent | Hours: 35 hours per week
