Job Description

EnviroEn Inc. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities include arranging seminars, scheduling appointments, answering calls, managing inquiries, greeting visitors, and maintaining filing systems. You will also be responsible for typing and proofreading documents.

This position offers a permanent work term with 30 to 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
