Job Description

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit Rabbit Hill is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include determining office procedures, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, compiling data, ordering supplies, greeting clients, and proofreading documents. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is essential. This is a permanent position requiring 35 hours of work per week in English.
