CROWN MOTORS INC is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a college, CEGEP, or equivalent certificate/diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year. Responsibilities include responding to employee inquiries, ordering office supplies, overseeing payroll, and managing digital databases. You’ll also greet visitors, conduct research, perform data entry, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks, all while ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Applicants should have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
