Job Description
COUGAR IMMIGRATION INC. is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent experience, with a strong background in office administration.
Key Responsibilities include: coordinating seminars and conferences, recording meeting minutes, managing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems. Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Office Suite, and QuickBooks is essential.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented. Experience of 7 months to less than 1 year is preferred.
