Job Description

CIMTECH GREEN ENERGY MFG INC is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Ideal candidates should have 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience. Responsibilities include coordinating team communication, directing daily operations, managing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and overseeing employee data analysis. Additionally, you’ll handle correspondence, maintain inventory, and perform data entry tasks. This is a permanent position requiring proficiency in English, with working hours of 35 to 40 hours per week.
