Job Description
CARE HAIR & BEAUTY SALON LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role. This is a permanent position with a working schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
The successful applicant will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering phone calls and electronic inquiries, compiling data and statistics, ordering office supplies, greeting clients, and maintaining filing systems. Proficiency in English is required.
