Job Description

Calgary Fastshot Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and between 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Your responsibilities will include establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, compiling data, ordering supplies, and greeting clients. Proficiency in MS Office and electronic mail is required.
