Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate seminars and conferences.
• Determine and establish office procedures.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
• Compile data and maintain inventory.
• Greet visitors with professionalism.
