Job Description
BEST DRYWALL & INSULATION LTD. is seeking an organized and dedicated Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Opening and distributing mail and materials
- Recording and preparing meeting minutes
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
- Compiling data and maintaining inventory
- Overseeing payroll administration
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
The position is permanent with working hours ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week. The working language is English.
