Job Description
Alliance MJ Developments Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a high school graduation certificate and possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, compiling data, managing office supply inventory, and providing excellent customer service by greeting visitors.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office and electronic mail. This is a permanent position requiring 32 hours of work per week. The working language is English.
