Job Description
AllAround Immigration Services Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a high school graduation certificate and 1 to 7 months of experience in a similar role.
Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering calls, managing electronic inquiries, ordering supplies, arranging travel itineraries, and maintaining filing systems. Proficiency in English and the ability to type and proofread documents are essential.
This is a hybrid position offering permanent employment, with 31 to 35 hours per week.
