Job Description
All Star Taxi Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 1 to 2 years of experience in an office environment.
Key responsibilities include establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, managing electronic inquiries, compiling data, maintaining office supplies, greeting visitors, and providing excellent customer service. Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability are essential for success in this role.
This is a permanent position requiring 32.5 hours of work per week, with English as the primary language of communication.
