Job Description
Albesol ENERGY is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a college diploma or certificate from a 1 to 2-year program and possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities include coordinating seminars, managing contracts, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Office, and basic bookkeeping is essential. You will also set up filing systems and order office supplies.
The position requires flexibility, multitasking abilities, and strong communication skills. Work hours are 30 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
