Job Description

The Alberta Hunter Education Instructors’ Association is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at their non-profit head office in Calgary. This is a full-time position that will commence immediately.

Strong public relations, organizational, and secretarial skills are mandatory, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Publisher & Outlook. Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, and Foxit is a plus. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with Conservation Education program content and philosophy.
